Certification Process For Management System Certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 etc)
- Receipt of application on CDG’s application format
- Application review by CDG office
- Certification agreement to be signed by client
- Stage-1 audit plan will be sent to client for acceptance
- Stage-1 audit will be conducted as per plan & a report will be prepared (including non-conformities & observations raised during audit)
- Client has to act on stage-1 audit non-conformities & upon verification auditor will recommend CDG office for stage -2 audit
- CDG office will send stage-2 audit plan to client
- Stage – 2 audit will be conducted as per audit plan a report will be prepared (including non-conformities & observations raised during audit)
- Client has to act on stage-2 audit non-conformities & upon verification auditor will recommend CDG office to proceed for certification
- CDG office will take certification decision based on review of audit findings & closure of non-conformities
- Upon decision a certificate will be issued to client with 3-year validity (subjected to continued adherence to concerned management system standard, CDG policies & policies of it’s accreditation board to be verified through surveillance audits)
- Annual surveillance audit will be conducted & upon completion of 3 years a re-certification audit will be done.
